Van Valkenburgh & Wilkinson Properties, Inc., a locally owned and operated real estate firm, specializes in fine homes and historic properties throughout North Alabama. They also handle special smaller homes and commercial properties in the downtown and central city areas. V V & W was established in Huntsville, Alabama in October of 1985 to serve the needs of Huntsville/Madison County's unique historic and space age community.
The two principals of the firm have more than 42 years of real estate experience between them, and with the entrance of two of their three daughters into the firm as REALTORS , professional service has now extended into the second generation of the family within the business. The founders have ties to the earliest business life of the community dating to the 1810's , as well as to the space age growth of the 1960's. They are committed to leading V V & W into service of the community now and in the 21st century.
V V & W's carefully selected and trained staff of full time licensed sales associates are experts in matching the individual requirements of sellers and purchasers and are dedicated to giving quality personalized service. Known for their confidentiality, integrity, and performance, the staff are active as volunteers and professionals in building a better community for the people of the Tennessee Valley.
The active Relocation Department provides sales and support for individuals moving into and out of the Tennessee Valley as well as large and small corporate transfers. Van Valkenburgh & Wilkinson offers personalized service to meet each client's special needs.
